These sessions can be held online, and in person (depending on availability and minimum group size).

Which training is right for me?
Health professional training is for those who support the mental health and wellbeing of people during pregnancy and the first year after birth. This includes professionals who engage with families and carers during the perinatal period. This could include midwives, nurses, psychologists, counsellors, GPs, reception staff, physiotherapists and university students.
It is run by PANDA practitioners, peer and clinical.Community training is for community-based support groups,
programs and services. It is ideal for people in the perinatal period (pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood), such as new parents groups or playgroups. This training focuses on wellbeing, self-care, signs, and how to get support. It is run by PANDA peer workers or volunteers.
We will contact you about your request within two business days.
